All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Portugal, the United States, or China, depending on stock availability and fulfillment readiness.

Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number, so you can always know its whereabouts - you can check the status of your order here.

Our handling time takes 1-3 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period. During Sales Season, allow some extra time due to high demand.

Exceptionally, our shoes are made to order and may take up to 12 days to ship.

All duties, tariffs, and taxes are included for orders within the United States, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

VAT is already included for all EU member states, ensuring a smooth delivery with no additional customs charges.

For all other countries, prices on the website do not include international customs taxes and duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.
